About the Role

Join YMCA of Superior California as a Summer Counselor in United States. Overview Under the direction of the summer director, a summer counselor will provide leadership and implementation of the summer program. This includes instruction of children in groups of up to 14 children.

Key Responsibilities

• provide leadership and implementation of the summer program.

• Provide a safe and fun environment for your group.

• Manage personal time in accordance with summer program policies.

Requirements

• Responsibilities Attend all orientation sessions prior to summer program.

• Understand and attend to the needs of children.

• Guide, direct and Participate with your group in activities.

Benefits & Compensation

• Hourly rate: $18/hr.
