- $167,377.60 Sign On Bonus: $3,500 Essential Duties and Responsibilities for a Nurse Practitioner:
- Takes histories, performs physical examinations, gives immunizations (as necessary) and does patient education and counseling.
- Orders appropriate lab work, draws blood for lab work if needed, and performs some lab tests such as wet prep microscopic exams.
Requirements
- 2 years Minimum Licensure:
- Valid license as a Nurse Practitioner in New York State and CPR/BLS Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Knowledge of diagnostic and treatment procedures that nurse practitioners are trained to do and are necessary for practicing in health care centers.
- Competence in delivery of health care to patients (including preventative health education)
