Requirements

Current Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery

Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain)

Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or willingness to obtain)
