About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to individuals presenting with various medical conditions in the Emergency Department.

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and triage patients based on their clinical needs and severity of condition.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patients’ responses and documenting accordingly.

• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals in developing and implementing patient care plans.

Requirements

• Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and discharge instructions as appropriate.

• Participate actively in continuous quality improvement initiatives and department meetings.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate’s degree in Nursing considered with relevant experience.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $1900 - $2100/week
