About the Role

LifeStance Health is seeking a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) for a full-time hybrid outpatient role in Del Mar, California. This position offers telemedicine and in-person flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality behavioral healthcare to adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Utilize modern digital technology and receive full administrative support.

Requirements

• Fully licensed LMFT or LCSW with California state license.
• Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.

Benefits & Compensation

• Competitive salary range of $117,000 to $134,000.
