  • Examine patients’ medical histories and can test and measure the patients’ strength, range of motion, balance and coordination, posture, muscle performance, respiration, and motor function.
  • Apply diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Requirements

  • of a bachelors degree, (master’s or doctoral degree preferred) from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Must hold a current New York State registration to practice in the State of New York and current BLS certification.
  • EXPERIENCE: One (1) year clinical experience preferred in Outpatient Physical Therapy setting, but not required.
  • Specialty or Board Certifications in varied Physical Therapy areas preferred but not required.
