AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include but are not limited to the following: Competent in the performance of essential skills for any physical therapist including those addressing all systems (i.

Examine patients’ medical histories and can test and measure the patients’ strength, range of motion, balance and coordination, posture, muscle performance, respiration, and motor function.

Apply diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Requirements

of a bachelors degree, (master’s or doctoral degree preferred) from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Must hold a current New York State registration to practice in the State of New York and current BLS certification.

EXPERIENCE: One (1) year clinical experience preferred in Outpatient Physical Therapy setting, but not required.

Specialty or Board Certifications in varied Physical Therapy areas preferred but not required.
