The medical pharmacists work with the General Medical, Oncology/Haematology, Cardiology, GEM on Acute and Renal Teams.

Providing safe, accurate and timely provision of medications and medicines information to the hospital and patients Providing a clinical pharmacy service to a specified clinical unit or ward.
