About the Role

• Develop and implement individualized plans of care, based on existing protocols and individual patient and f.

• Provide clinical expertise for patients, families, and team members.

• Manage conflict constructively.

• Provide input and feedback to others for individual patients and their families to evaluate the quality of c.

Requirements

• Board Certified (FNP

• BC) (Required) Functional Accountabilities Clinical/Practice Assess individual patient clinical status and well

• being by obtaining complete medical history and examination; developmental assessment; ordering appropriate laboratory tests, and x

• workers Attend carefully to important details

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.

• Call responsibilities required.
