- Description: Provides optimal nutrition care for inpatients and outpatients, utilizing the Nutrition Care Process, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- The Nutrition Care Process includes nutritional assessment, nutrition diagnosis, nutrition intervention and nutrition monitoring and evaluation.
