Key Responsibilities

Screens calls and schedules appointment accordingly.

Review and update medication list to ensure accurate and complete list in electronic medical record (EMR) available for provider review and submission.

Complete referrals and tracks patients' compliance.

Review prescriptions electronically and send prescriptions to providers for review and submission.

Requirements

Candidates must possess an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or a High School Diploma/equivalent, along with a current unencumbered New York State (NYS) RN license and Basic Life Support certification. A minimum of six months of previous RN experience is required, and applicants must be able to lift 20 lbs.
