Telehealth LPN II: Preoperative Assessment Clinic

About the Role

The Telehealth LPN II supports preoperative assessment for surgical patients across MUSC Health locations. This role uses protocol-driven telehealth workflows under RN supervision to prepare patients for surgery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform standardized patient outreach and data collection.
• Reinforce education and coordinate tasks.
• Escalate identified risks to clinical teams.
• Support multiple surgical specialties remotely.

Requirements

• Graduate from accredited Practical Nurse program.
• Licensed LPN in South Carolina or compact state.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Six months patient care experience.
