Pharmacist, Clinical/MTM Remote, PST
Job Description
Work Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Pacific Time in this remote clinical pharmacist role with Molina Pharmacy Services. Focus on medication therapy management and Part D STARS adherence programs. The salary ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 annually.
You will conduct telephonic medication reviews, provide prior authorization services, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. This position offers a stable Monday-Friday schedule with no call or weekend requirements explicitly stated.
Ideal candidates have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent experience, an ASHP-accredited residency or 2-3 years of relevant pharmacy experience, and an active pharmacist license.
