About the Role

Join Lakeview Specialty Hosp as a Physical Therapist – PRN in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Performs initial and on

going assessments of patient's condition.

Establishes, revises, and evaluates a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient/family.

Records daily treatment charges and equipment billing to insure fair and accurate financial records.

Requirements

Current State of Wisconsin Physical Therapist license

Degree from accredited educational institution

Current CPR certification Preferences

Preference will be given to candidates comfortable in evaluating and treating patients within inpatient, inpatient rehab, and outpatient settings.

Salary: $95,680 - $114,254

Work Schedule

Per Diem position.

Weekend coverage may be required.
