About the Role

Join Metro Infectious Disease Consultants as a Infusion Nurse Practitioner (PRN) in San Antonio, Texas, United States.

Key Responsibilities

Place and maintain peripheral IV catheters for infusion therapy needs with ongoing assessment of IV site.

Prepare medication for IV administration as ordered.

Administer IV therapy via electronic pump with troubleshooting of pump alarms and/or administration via gravity/dial-a-flow tubing.

Document infusion charting and patient message(s) in EMR system.
