About the Role

Requirements
- Interprets the psychosocial functioning of Members to the interdisciplinary care team. Provides emotional support to Members and families.
- Utilizes community resources where appropriate.
- Keeps Social Work Manager/Social Work Director informed of the emotional, social and/or financial status of Members.
- Assists Social Work Manager in planning programs which would enhance the social work department.

- Salary: $63K - $82K
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
