Requirements

• Interprets the psychosocial functioning of Members to the interdisciplinary care team. Provides emotional support to Members and families.

• Utilizes community resources where appropriate.

• Keeps Social Work Manager/Social Work Director informed of the emotional, social and/or financial status of Members.

• Assists Social Work Manager in planning programs which would enhance the social work department.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $63K - $82K

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Weekend coverage may be required.
