will work closely with providers, nurse care managers, case management, and other CoxHealth staff, in order to have a patient-centered approach for coordinating the healthcare needs and wellness goals of our patients.

Requirements

A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or PsyD is required for this position. Candidates must also possess an active LCSW Licensure, LPC, or MO State Licensed Psychologist.
