Key Responsibilities
- Asses therapy
- related status of residents on caseload upon admission, annually, and status changes.
- Develop therapeutic programs in areas of feeding, positioning, mobility, sensory or motor development, orthopedic status and adaptive equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to include and train other employees on therapeutic programs in care plan.
Requirements
- Current license for Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy in Ohio.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in occupational therapy or physical therapy.
- Must have a valid CPR/First Aid certificate.
- Must be reliable, detail
