About the Role

Join The Blick Center as a Behavioral Health Clinician – Flexible Hours in United States. We are currently recruiting for a Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor in our Behavioral Health Department. This position provides assessment, treatment, and progress monitoring for individuals with a mental health diagnosis and/or disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares for and conducts individual, group and family therapy for assigned caseload according to the treatment frequency stated on the Individual Service Plan (ISP).

• Provides CPST and TBS services and activities as assigned.

• Complete all assigned paperwork and documents according to assigned/expected timelines, applicable standards and

Requirements

• Assist client in making discharge and/or transition plans. Make appropriate referrals to other treatment services, both internal and external Qualified applicants will have:

• State of Ohio License (LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC);

• Solid behavioral health assessment and clinical skills;

• Excellent record keeping skills. Environmental Demands
