Overview HealthPro Heritage is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a temporary assignment to join our team. This position will run from May 20, 2026 through August 12, 2026, with an expected schedule of approximately 30+ hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.

• Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications.

• Documentation: Accurately document patient treatments, progress, and responses in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Education: Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.

• Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
