Key Responsibilities

• Conducts and assigns screenings and level of care assessments, using clinical knowledge and skill level.

• Facilitates appropriate admissions to all levels of care based on Locus and/or ASAM criteria.

• Completes assessment, admission and other paperwork for clients to start treatment in a timely manner included, but not limited to; authorizations, PCP’s and crisis plan.

• Work effectively with facility staff to ensure consistent implementation of programs.
