Lead the Patient Aligned Care Teams (PACT) Clinical Programs Section of Pharmacy Service at the Wilmington VA Medical Center. This full-time supervisory pharmacist role involves managing clinical pharmacy practitioners and technicians, overseeing policies, procedures, and operations.
Salary ranges from $138,918 to $180,595 per year. Collaborate with pharmacy leadership on medication usage, shortages, and patient safety. Plan and coordinate education and training.
