About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations to establish baseline function and identify therapeutic goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to ensure optimal recovery and prevent complications.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and strategies to maintain functional gains.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program with a degree in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred).
- American Heart Association CPR certification.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques.
Work Schedule
- Per Diem position.
