Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1.

Registered Nurse licensed in the State of WV and licensed as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in the State of WV 2.

Master’s Degree in Nursing specializing in Emergency or Family Practice 3.
