Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.

Implement treatment plans through a variety of techniques and modalities.

Requirements

Douglass Hospital in Dover, NH! Note: the minimum pay rate (new grad rate) is $43.31and will increase based on experience. Acute care experience required. Minimum of 2 weekend days/month (may be non

consecutive). Weekday hours available. Summary Responsible to assess, diagnose, treat and help prevent speech, language, cognitive

communication, voice, swallowing, fluency and other related disorders. Does this position require Patient Care? Yes Essential Functions

Salary: $34.53 - $50.99/hr

PSLF eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness).

Work Schedule

Per Diem position.

Weekend coverage may be required.
