Physical Therapist PRN FLT Outpatient Ortho

The Physical Therapist organizes and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy programs aimed at restoring function, preventing disability following injury or disease, and helping patients achieve maximum performance levels. This role involves evaluating patient needs, planning the therapy approach, and meticulously evaluating, recording, and reporting on patient progress.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree and hold a State Licensed Physical Therapist credential along with a BLS Certification. The position is PRN (As Needed) with varying hours scheduled Monday through Friday.
