Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with patient exams, ensuring all necessary equipment and documentation are prepared, while supporting providers during testing and procedures.
  • Provide cardiac and airway management, including ECGs, AED use, nebulizer treatments, and oxygen administration
  • Deliver wound care assessments, immunizations, and medication administration per federal and state regulations.
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records, documenting patient histories and treatment details.
  • Ensure medical instruments and equipment are clean, sterilized, and maintained per organizational policies
  • Maintain a stocked and sterile workspace, supporting smooth clinic operations.

Requirements

  • Required Availability
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2 years of patient triage experience in an urgent care or emergency department preferred.

  • Patient Care & Triage: Conduct comprehensive patient triage by taking vital signs, documenting medical history, and performing observational examinations to identify immediate healthcare needs
  • Perform diagnostic and testing procedures, including vision, hearing, drug screens, breath alcohol testing, spirometry, and more
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with providers and other healthcare professionals to relay patient information and updates.
  • Technically savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, experience with or ability to learn Experity as well as other business systems.

Work Schedule

  • hour shifts in consecutive and or non
  • hour shifts a week with at least four (4) shifts a month on a Saturday or Sunday.
