About the Role
Join Women Against Abuse as a Intake & Hotline Counselor – No Weekends in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering the Hotline
- Conducting crisis intervention and safety planning with callers
- Ensure a Trauma
- Informed client intake and orientation with DV counseling and support
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- At least one (1) year experience in an advocacy, hotline, crisis or related experience is required.
- Demonstrated effectiveness of crisis intervention is required.
- The ability to read, write and comprehend English is required.

- Salary: $19.09/hr
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
