Key Responsibilities

• will assess, diagnose, and treat adult patients with communication, cognitive‑linguistic, and swallowing disorders under the supervision of a certified and licensed CCC‑SLP mentor, in alignment with ASHA requirements.

• Provide speech, language, cognitive‑communication, and dysphagia assessments and treatments in patient homes.

• Develop individualized treatment plans and communicate progress with patients, caregivers, and interdiscipli.
