About the Role
Join Grayce as a Virtual Care Provider (NP/PA) delivering telemedicine care to Medicare members. This independent contractor role offers flexibility and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telemedicine E&M visits for Medicare recipients.
- Review and approve care plans.
- Collaborate with care navigators and interdisciplinary teams.
- Document assessments per Medicare standards.
- Provide clinical leadership for complex cases.
Requirements
- Active NP or PA license with multi-state coverage (30-50 states).
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Adult-Gerontology, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
- Experience with Medicare beneficiaries.
