Requirements

  • Required Qualifications:
  • * Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
  • Active Compact RN license in good standing with the nursing board of their state
  • Active California Nursing License
  • Willingness to become licensed in multiple states
  • Current CCM Certification preferred

  • Coordinate resources that address clinical, behavioral, and social determinants of health impacting the child and family.
  • 2+ years experience working in Behavioral Health Pediatric setting

Work Schedule

  • Schedule: Monday
  • Be able and willing to work until shift schedule: Monday
  • Friday, 9am
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast
  • Technologically competent and able to work across multiple electronic systems.
