Key Responsibilities

will support Northern Colorado clinics by taking incoming calls from patients, answering questions and triaging the call/patient appropriately.

provide education to the public or other health professionals and participate in continuous quality improvem.

provide appropriate direction toward resolution whether triaged to another source or treatment recommended.

provide appropriate coordinated care.

Requirements

Will primarily work remote. Must have reliable internet (NO WIFI, Ethernet Connection only) and a quiet work area/home office. Shift:

30 Hours per week

Friday, between the hours of 7am

clinical personnel regarding care and diagnostics services. Also requires a good understanding of process improvement. Anticipated Closing Window (actual close date may be sooner): 2026
