About the Role

Join Loretto as a Occupational Therapist – PACE of CNY in United States. Overview Provides medically prescribed treatment concerned with improving or restoring ADL functions that have been impaired, reduced, or permanently lost by illness or injury. Also provides necessary consultation and teaching to participants/family/caregivers and the interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Job duties specific to this position: Provides instruction and consultation to participants, families and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
  • Supervises paraprofessional staff in the performance of their duties as they relate to Occupational Therapy and documents accordingly.
  • Develops and implements a rehabilitation plan of care to promote, restore or maintain participant’s optimum level of function in conformance with provider’s orders and care plan goals.
  • Maintains necessary record keeping functions pertaining to participant care.
