Organization: SMCS-Sutter Med Center - Sacramento Position Overview: Will initiate, modify and discontinue medications within a Collaborative Practice Agreement as defined by the California State Board of Pharmacy.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited US school of pharmacy with four years of recent relevant experience, holding a Registered Pharmacist license and a PGY1 residency upon hire.
