Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist in the Acute Care setting is responsible for evaluating patients, establishing and implementing treatment plans with functional goals, and providing patient education and exercise programs. This role also involves constructing orthotic devices, educating on adaptive equipment use, and documenting treatment results while modifying plans as necessary.

Requirements

A minimum of two years of clinical experience in Occupational Therapy is preferred, and the role requires a licensed Occupational Therapist. Candidates must possess either a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
