Key Responsibilities
- and Responsibilities: Perform packaging, labeling, record keeping, and other tasks associated with prescription fulfillment and dispensing.
- Contact physicians to obtain missing or necessary prescription information.
- Collect and verify pertinent patient information to ensure accurate processing.
- Assist the Pharmacist in maintaining procedures and documentation to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Requirements
- 4 years’ experience as a pharmacy technician in a licensed pharmacy, preferred. Good communication skills, both written & verbal, preferred.
