Our Nurse Practitioners are supported by large care teams so our providers can focus on delivering a better quality of care, rather than a volume of services.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $105K - $140K

Signing bonus: $1.

30 days PTO.

CME allowance: $5,000.

401(k) with employer match.

Malpractice insurance covered.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

No weekends required.

Day shift only - no nights.

Key Responsibilities

The APP will provide equitable and effective value-based healthcare to local Medicare patient populations, focusing on quality of care, preventive medicine, and low hospital admissions. Providers will manage a patient volume of 13-16 per day, supported by a comprehensive care team including a Scribe, MA, and Social Worker.
