Key Responsibilities

• will play a critical role in improving the mobility, function, and quality of life for patients recovering from injury, surgery, or managing chronic conditions.

• will assess patients' physical capabilities and develop personalized rehabilitation plans that address orthopedic and sports-related injuries.

• will provide compassionate, patient-centered care that supports independence and long-term wellness.

• will contribute to patients' successful recovery and their ability to return to daily activities with improved physical function.

Requirements

• Successful completion of accredited physical therapy program and state licensure exam.

• Valid Physical Therapy license

• 1 year of home health experience preferred

• CPR certification

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.
