- will play a critical role in improving the mobility, function, and quality of life for patients recovering from injury, surgery, or managing chronic conditions.
- will assess patients' physical capabilities and develop personalized rehabilitation plans that address orthopedic and sports-related injuries.
- will provide compassionate, patient-centered care that supports independence and long-term wellness.
- will contribute to patients' successful recovery and their ability to return to daily activities with improved physical function.
Requirements
- Successful completion of accredited physical therapy program and state licensure exam.
- Valid Physical Therapy license
- 1 year of home health experience preferred
- CPR certification

- Full-time position.
