- C or board eligible. Ongoing successful recertification (NCCPA) as a PA
- C Within 90 days of hire Drug Enforcement Agency Licensure Within 60 days of hire CPR
- state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner Prescriptive Authority from the practicing state Within 60 days of hire Drug Enforcement Agency Licensure Within 60 days of hire CPR

Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
