About the Role

Join OSF HealthCare as a Pharmacist – 7 On 7 Off in Peoria, Illinois.

Key Responsibilities

The Pharmacist will demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care that is appropriate to the ages of the patients served, including neonatal, pediatric, adult and geriatric.

This role is responsible for efficient and accurate dispensing of all medications by the pharmacy and serves as a medication consultant for all healthcare professionals.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Licensure/ Certification: Active Pharmacist License American Heart Association (AHA) BLS required within 90 days of hire.

Other Skills/ Knowledge: Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate to the age of patients served.

Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development as well as the physical, emotional, and psycho-social needs of the patient population served.

Demonstrates sound professional judgment consistent with clinical/academic background.

Salary: $68.07 - $80.08/hr

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.
