• Service code: 1KG738 TB screening

• current within 3 months Professional Liability Insurance

• Bonus will be issued if the new hire commits to 25 billable hours, if that is not achieved in 90 days, the second installment will not be provided.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $85/hr

• Signing bonus: $5,000.
