Join Advanced Home Health and Hospice of Northern Nevada as a Home Health Physical Therapist – No Weekends in United States. Description The Home Health Physical Therapist provides high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services to individuals in their homes. You will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with various physical impairments, functional limitations, and mobility issues.
Key Responsibilities
- and Duties: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ physical abilities, limitations, and needs to develop individualized therapy plans.
- Develop and implement effective treatment programs to improve patients’ mobility, strength, flexibility, and overall functional performance.
- Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, modalities, and assistive devices to address specific physical impairments and goals.
- Educate patients and their families on exercise techniques, home exercise programs and strategies to support recovery and enhance daily living activities.
