Key Responsibilities

• Round on patients in Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care Facilities.
• Coordinate care with specialists, therapists, case management, and psychology.
• Clinical triage manages calls from facilities seven days a week.

Requirements

• Psychiatrist (MD or DO) qualified to practice Psychiatry.
• Potential for leadership as a site Medical Director.
