Key Responsibilities
- Responds to all requests for admission in a timely manner.
- Conducts hospice admission process by assessing the patient’s and family’s physical, emotional and psycho-social needs.
- Obtains physician orders for treatment under hospice services.
- Coordinates initial equipment and medication procurement upon admission per order.
Requirements
- 3 years of RN experience in a hospital or care facility setting. FLSA Status: Non
