Requirements

- Qualifications Education/Training Associate degree or graduate from an accredited two-year college program in Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Licensure/Certification Current license in the State of Florida as Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Maintains current BLS/HealthCare Provider certification.
