About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- The Social Worker may be assigned to different programs as required based on need.
- Maintain client caseload in accordance with program standards
- Is familiar with signs and symptoms of trauma in clients and make referrals/provide short
- term assistance to manage symptoms
Requirements
- B. S. W. with a minimum of 4 years' experience or a M. S. W. with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a community
- based organization working with adults with serious mental illness.
- Current registration with the OCSWSSW
- A second language (Cantonese, Mandarin, French, Farsi, Italian, Korean, Punjabi, Russian, Tamil, Urdu) reflecting the local community is an asset.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $63,345- $76,704 per annum
Work Schedule
- Evening Hours and Weekends may be required schedule.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
