- Operational Leadership: Manage unit operations in collaboration with the Director, including budgeting, supply chain maintenance, and administrative nursing coverage.

- Prepare statistical reports and data relative to clinical activities.
- Performance Improvement: Coordinate interdisciplinary performance improvement activities, utilizing benchmarks and CQI models to enhance patient outcomes.
