About the Role

Join Pathways For Change, LLC as a Child & Adolescent Therapist (LCPC, LGPC, LCMFT, or LCMFT-A) in United States. Pathways For Change is a highly specialized pediatric group practice dedicated exclusively to serving children, adolescents, and families. We are expanding into Frederick and are seeking exceptional clinicians who are passionate about working with youth and committed to clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient psychotherapy to children and adolescents Maintain a caseload of approximately 20–28 clie.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans Complete clinical documentation in a timely and p.
