About the Role

Join GuideStar Eldercare as a Clinical Therapist (LMHC or LCSW) in United States. $5,000 Sign On / Retention Bonus included! Job Description: As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with GuideStar Eldercare you will provide neurobehavioral health services to residents in long-term care facilities.

Key Responsibilities

will do: - Provide evaluation - Provide condition-specific support therapy, or when indicated, insight-based therapy - Coordinate the patient’s care plan with the facility, PCP and GuideStar colleagues, and engage with the family as indicated.

Requirements

Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team

Good time management skills

Able to function autonomously with regional Area Manager support

Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or in Social Work
