Key Responsibilities

The incoming provider can expect to build up to a full panel within 3 to 6 months
As the area's leading urologist, you'll provide expert care for patients with a wide range of urinary and reproductive disorders

Guaranteed base salary of $600,000
$30,000 signing bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance included
