About the Role
Join SummitStone Health Partners as a Behavioral Health Therapist - First Step & Access in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct client care includes brief therapy, care coordination, behavioral health screenings and assessments, case management, and related clinical services.
- Collaborate with other staff in a treatment team model by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical services.
- Serve as a clinical resource person to building site(s), clinical staff, case managers, medical providers, and collaterals.
- Provide ongoing care coordination within SummitStone, community agencies and resources.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field from an accredited college or university
- Licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC)
- Experience and/or coursework in working with a range of client ages and presentations.
- Proficiency in using computers and telehealth systems.
